Agents FC: Harness Your Agents Into a Winning Team
Multi-agent orchestration is powerful, but without a defined harness around it, it's a black box. Agents route dynamically, hand off silently, and hallucinate. Harness engineering is about designing the scaffolding around your agents: the environments they work in, how context gets delivered, how outputs get verified, how plans get captured, how the agents coordinate, and where & when humans can intervene. What if you could organise & coach your agents like a World Cup football team? "Agents FC" is our analogy for harness engineering and orchestration as a football team. Each agent role maps to a tested orchestration pattern: the Captain coordinates routing, the Playmaker retrieves context, the Striker delivers the output, the Defenders run mid-flight verification, and the Goalkeeper catches failures at the output boundary before they escape. And then there's the harness: how they pass the ball between each other, what tools each one carries on the pitch, how the team learns from a missed shot, and how every move gets logged (VAR) so you, as the manager, can change formation mid-task to restructure the orchestration, make substitutions when a strategy isn't working, or call a "half-time team talk" to review progress. We'll put the squad on the pitch and walk through what this looks like with a real task and show that, unlike England, Agents FC will 'bring it home' :)

Keeping Up Without Burning Out: My AI Workflow for DevRel
The pace of AI development feels overwhelming. New tools, techniques, and paradigms emerge weekly. As someone driving AI adoption at Amazon while trying to stay current myself, I've developed a personal workflow and mindset that helps me keep up without burning out. In this lightning talk, I share my current toolbox, the questions I ask myself that help me level up, and how I decide when to use AI vs. do things myself to actually learn.

Performance First Thinking: Lessons from Vega OS
React Native London
Building React Native applications on hardware-constrained devices requires deliberate development choices from day one. We'll explore why we built a performance-optimized operating system designed specifically for Amazon devices (Vega OS), and the unique architecture that powers it. You'll learn from the real-world challenges we faced and solutions for building apps within low-memory environments. Whether you are building for mobile, web, or TVs, you'll walk away with practical optimization techniques you can apply to your own development.

Untangling DevRel: Using Network Graphs to Tell a Story
DevRelCon 2025
This session introduces a new framework, leveraging network graphs, to visualize DevRel’s impact. By harnessing the power of visual models, we can bridge the gap between DevRel’s complexity and leadership’s understanding.
